Terms and Conditions

1. Warranty

• Labor: A warranty of 6 months from the date of service for labor is provided.
• Parts: A warranty of 1 year from the date of service or 2000 hours of use (whichever comes first) is provided for parts.

Please note that these warranties do not cover damage or defects resulting from misuse, accidents, negligence, or unauthorized modifications. Any alterations made to our products without our prior written consent may void this warranty.

2. Billing

If only parts are sold, the billing amount will be 100 percent of the parts’ cost plus tax.

3. Job Payments

• For job-based services, a percentage of the total job cost will be due before starting the job.
• The exact percentage will be determined based on the scope of the job.

4. Local Work

All local work will be billed without per diem charges.

5. Travel and Per Diem

For jobs booked outside of South Florida, travel and per diem expenses will apply. The exact amounts will be specified in the job agreement.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida/UnitedStatesofAmerica, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Florida/ UnitedStatesofAmerica.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website or provided to you directly.
